Try Freediving

What this session is for

Learn how breathing, equalisation and relaxation work underwater. I stay in the water with you.

Divecube Hotel (Taichung) sessions are indoors and are not affected by rain or typhoon conditions.

Important: I can arrange insurance for students with Taiwanese ID. Visitors from overseas must arrange their own travel or accident insurance — Taiwanese policies require a national ID number. You will sign a liability release and medical statement at check-in.
Documents before your session

Download and complete both the Liability Release (PDF, 2 pages) and Medical Statement (PDF, 2 pages) early. If you answer “yes” to any of the 12 health questions, a doctor’s signature is required before joining.

To book, write to me

Sessions are arranged by appointment — there is no online booking. We agree the dates by message:

In your message: which session or course, your preferred dates, how many of you, and any freediving experience.

Next step

Enjoyed it? There is a certification path

A try session does not certify you. If you want to learn this properly — the breathing cycle, equalisation, safety and rescue — the next step is an AIDA course. AIDA 1 takes a single day; AIDA 2 and 3 move to open water on the Northeast Coast.
